Aarushi Aggarwal
Aarushi is a second-year MALD student focusing on international climate policy. Before Fletcher, she was a researcher at Invest India, the national investment promotion and facilitation agency of the government of India. She graduated from Ashoka University, India in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in history and international affairs.
Ishaan Ajay
Ishaan is a second-year MALD student focusing on sustainability finance and private capital investing. He has previously worked as a legislative assistant to an Indian Member of Parliament. Ishaan also holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
May Louise Dittel
May is a first-year MIB student concentrating in International Banking and Finance and Maritime Studies. Before coming to Fletcher, she worked as an Immigration Paralegal at a boutique law firm in New York City. She completed her undergraduate studies in the dual bachelor's program between Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University in May 2022, majoring in Political Science and Human Rights, respectively.
Akshaya Mohan
Akshaya is a second-year MALD student specialising in International Law, Conflict Resolution & Negotiation. She has earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and International Relations from the University of Surrey. She has previously worked in Human Rights advocacy, including assorting legal documentation for the representation of inmates on Death Row in the US.
Muhammed S. Anwar
Muhammed is an Institute Scholar at The Fletcher School and a second-year MIB student studying finance and investments. He is an expert in real estate and has previously worked as a managing director in a realty firm, Propdiety Realty. He has a bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication and currently holds a fellowship at Dexterity Global.
Piyusha Mittal
Piyusha is a second-year MALD student studying maritime cooperation and competition. She will join the U.S. Foreign Service in September 2024 as a political officer. She earned her bachelor's degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and is a Fulbright, Pickering, and Critical Language Scholarship alumna.
Nayantara Srinivasan
Nayantara is a second year MIB student focussing on susutainable finance and environmental policy. She has a BA in political science and a MA in international relations. Prior to Fletcher, she was working as a researcher for a Member of Parliament in India.
Aaruni Shrivastava
Aaruni is a second-year MALD student, with a keen focus on economic policies and trade relations. Before joining Fletcher, Aaruni worked extensively on socio-economics and demographic inequalities with an NGO in India. He is armed with a double bachelor's degree in engineering and Indian classical music.

Rudy is a General Wayne A. Downing Scholar and second-year MALD student concentrating on international security and technology. He is an active-duty Special Forces officer with operational experience in Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Iraq. He earned his bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy in economics and the Russian language. In his spare time he enjoys reading books half-way through before moving on to the next one.

Nayan Seth is a Master in Global Affairs 2024 candidate at The Fletcher School, focusing on Comparative and Regional studies as well as Maritime Security and Energy Security. His areas of expertise are in Indian foreign policy, diplomacy in the strategic triangle of U.S.-India-China, Critical Minerals Supply Chains and Maritime competition in the Indian Ocean, Before joining The Fletcher School, Nayan worked as a multimedia journalist for over 15 years in major news networks in India and China. Nayan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History (Honors) and majored in Russian history from Hindu College, University of Delhi. Nayan has language proficiency in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. He is an intermediate-level Chinese speaker.
