The Fletcher Forum recently sat down with UN Assistant Secretary General for Peacekeeping Operations, Mr. Edmond Mulet. A seasoned diplomat, Mr. Mulet has also served as the UN Special Representative for Haiti on two occasions. Before working for the UN, Mr. Mulet was a Guatemalan diplomat and served as Guatemala’s Ambassador to the United States and the European Union, among other influential posts.
